1. PixaSmith app
Local file processing
Files you select are processed on your Mac. PixaSmith does not upload your documents, images, extracted content, or output files to us or to a cloud processing service.
Data collection
The app does not collect personal information, usage analytics, diagnostics, advertising identifiers, or location data. It does not require an account.
Local preferences
Language, output location, recent folder references, and app preferences may be stored locally on your Mac. You can remove them by deleting the app and its local preferences.
2. Support website
This website contains no analytics scripts, advertising, cookies, forms, or third-party media. It is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timing, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site. That processing is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
3. Support email
When you email support, you choose what information to provide. We use the message, email address, and attachments only to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records. Avoid sending confidential source files. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by contacting us.
4. Children’s privacy
PixaSmith does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app’s local processing model applies to every user.
5. Changes
Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated policy.
